We look after veterans who have DVA approval for help at home. If you run your own cleaning or garden business, we'd like to hear from you.
The work
Our clients are veterans approved for DVA Household Services. Most need the same help on a regular schedule, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and they want the same person each time. We're looking for people in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and other areas.
What you'll need
- An ABN. You'd be working for your own business.
- Your own equipment and cleaning products.
- Public liability insurance.
- A police check, a Working with Children Check and a Working with Vulnerable People Check. DVA's criteria for providers include all three.
- A car to get to your clients.
What happens next
We'll call you to talk about the work you do, the areas you cover and your rates. When a veteran near you needs help, we'll offer you the client before you take anything on.
