AusVeterans provides household services for Australian veterans who have DVA Household Services approval. We also write free guides that explain DVA claims, compensation, Veteran Cards and health care in plain English.
What we do
We help with domestic cleaning, lawn mowing and gardening, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. We work in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and other areas across Australia. DVA Household Services explains how the approval works and how to book.
What we don't do
AusVeterans is a private business. We are not part of the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), and we are not a Veterans' Home Care provider. We don't lodge DVA claims, and we don't give legal, financial or medical advice. For help with a claim, a trained advocate can help you for free. How we write our guides
Every guide is checked against DVA's own website, and each shows the date it was last checked. We link to the DVA page or legislation each guide relies on, so you can confirm the details yourself. When DVA publishes new payment rates, we update the figures across the site.
