THE AUSVETERANS WAY

The Directors of AusVeterans are “disruptive Innovators” setting a new benchmark in the field of Veteran services. They’ve designed, developed and introduced innovative systems that provide faster and more efficient Initial Liability Claims reporting.

They have seamlessly integrated AI technology to assist and expedite the production of existing medical conditions in Veteran files that can be attributed to their service. This cutting-edge approach has streamlined the research component for Initial Liability Claims and enabled the team at AusVeterans to assist more veterans in accessing the support they need and are entitled to.

Who are we?

AusVeterans is about you, first and foremost. At AusVeterans, we are dedicated to providing compassionate support to all Veterans who need it, with the aim of offering a Medically-Led comprehensive Initial Liability Claim submission service that will reduce the stress, confusion and hardship that can be associated with submitting DVA Initial Liability Claims.

Our team is comprised of ADF Veterans, current serving spouses, mothers and sisters. All have a unique understanding of military life and well over 100 years of Defence service between them. Our team has experienced firsthand the emotional toll that dealing with Initial Liability Claims process on top of injuries, ailments, and illness, can have on current serving ADF personnel, Veterans and their families.

What we do?

Your focus as a Veteran should always be on your recovery from any injuries or ailments that are impacting your life, and eventual adjustment to civilian life. At AusVeterans, our goal is to ensure that you can maintain this focus any way we can, by helping with taking away the stress of dealing with your DVA claims and Incapacity Payment Programs.

Specifically, we facilitate the creation and submission of the Initial Liability claims related to injuries and illness. This Initial Liability claim can have subsequent benefits for current serving Defence personnel and Veterans, such as Incapacity Payments, Permanent Impairment Lump Sum, medical treatment, and rehabilitation services. With this claim submitted to the DVA successfully, you will be able to begin your recovery process with the full support that you deserve.

At AusVeterans, we also aim to help anyone who needs it, in regard to their DVA claims journey.  Even if you have already submitted your initial claim, feel free to reach out and let us tell you how we can help you with subsequent claims to the DVA, your overall recovery and readjustment process.

No matter where you are in your claims journey, we’re here to help. As Veterans ourselves, we know the importance of supporting those in need, and leaning on someone’s shoulder when you need support in turn. So, if you need someone who can provide a comprehensive service that will reduce the stress, confusion and hardship that can be associated with returning to civilian life, look further than AusVeterans.
